Abstract:
Provided is a piece of electronic equipment comprising: a first substrate and a second substrate; a first metal sheet; and a second metal sheet. The first substrate and the second substrate have electronic components mounted thereon and are positioned in a layering direction such that primary surfaces thereof face each other. The first metal sheet comprises: a flat plate part which is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and which directly or indirectly abuts the electronic components which are respectively mounted on the first substrate and the second substrate; and a first screening part which covers a portion of a lateral surface of the first substrate. The second metal sheet comprises a second screening part which covers the entire lateral surface of the second substrate and the lateral surface of the first substrate which is exposed from the first metal sheet. The first metal sheet and the second metal sheet abut directly or indirectly.
