Abstract:

An electronic expansion valve comprises: a valve seat component (10), comprising a valve seat (11) and a valve core seat (12) inserted into the valve seat (11); and a valve rod component (20), capable of axially moving along a core cavity of the valve core seat (12) to open or close a valve port (11a), so as to switch on or off two ports of the electronic expansion valve. The valve rod component (20) is provided with an axial through hole (20a) communicated with the valve port (11a) and a sealing surface (20b) capable of being adhered to and sealing the valve port (11a). The valve rod component (20) comprises a valve rod (21) and a valve core (22) fixedly disposed at a lower end of the valve rod. The valve rod (21) is a cylindrical body, comprising a small-diameter cylinder body (211) and a large-diameter cylinder body (212) close to the valve port. A first gap (h1) is provided between the large-diameter cylinder body (212) and the valve core seat (12), and a second gap (h2) is provided between the valve core (22) and the valve port (11a). The electronic expansion valve can have both valve port sealing performance and valve-opening capability.
