Abstract:
An electronic expansion valve, comprising a valve seat member (10); a larger sealing gasket (20), which is arranged inside a cavity of the valve seat member, has a large valve port (21), and is made of a soft material; and a valve needle member (30), which is arranged inside the cavity of the valve seat member and comprises a smaller valve needle (31), a larger valve needle portion (32), and a small sealing gasket (33), the small sealing gasket being arranged in the larger valve needle portion, and the small sealing gasket having a small valve port (331) and being made of a soft material, wherein the larger valve needle portion is configured for cooperating with the large sealing gasket to open and close the large valve port, and the smaller valve needle is configured for cooperating with the small sealing gasket to adjust the opening of the small valve port. In the electronic expansion valve, both of the large sealing gasket and the small sealing gasket are made of the soft material, such that the problem of a poor sealing effect of the electronic expansion valve is solved by means of soft sealing; the smaller valve needle cooperates with the small sealing gasket to adjust the opening of the small valve port, such that small flow regulation is realized; and the larger valve needle portion cooperates with the large sealing gasket to open or close the large valve port, thereby realizing a large flow.
