Abstract:
Provided is an electronic instrument that can accurately measure the resistance of a thermistor, when one end of the thermistor and one end of a secondary cell are connected to a common external connection terminal. The electronic instrument (1) is equipped with a cell module (10) and a measurement circuit (20). The cell module (10) is equipped with a secondary cell (11), a thermistor (12), a reference terminal (T13) connected to one end of both the thermistor (12) and the secondary cell (11), and a thermistor connection terminal (T12) connected to the other end of the thermistor (12). The measurement circuit (20) is equipped with a first terminal (T21) connected to the reference terminal (T13), and a second terminal (T22) connected to the thermistor connection terminal (T12), and is adapted to measure the current flowing to the secondary cell (11), to measure the voltage across the first terminal (T21) and the second terminal (T22), to use the measured current to perform correction of the voltage and calculate the resistance of the thermistor (12), and to use the calculated resistance to measure the temperature of the cell module (10).
