Abstract:
This electronic key system 1 is provided with a vehicle mounted device 10 and multiple electronic keys 30 (30A, 30B), and is configured such that, in a normal mode, if prescribed wireless communication processing between the vehicle mounted device 10 and an electronic key 30 is established, then prescribed processing is performed by the vehicle mounted device 10, and is configured such that, in a stop mode, the prescribed processing is not performed by the vehicle mounted device 10, wherein, the vehicle mounted device 10 is configured such that in the stop mode, the prescribed processing is not performed in the prescribed wireless communication processing even if an RF signal is received after transmission of an LF signal, and the electronic keys are configured such that in the stop mode, no RF signals are transmitted in the prescribed wireless communication processing even if an LF signal is received.
