Abstract:
An electronic lock device and an electric vehicle having same. The electronic lock device comprises: an electronic lock (10), the electronic lock (10) comprising a main body (11) and a latch (12), the latch (12) being movably disposed on the main body (11) so that the latch (12) has a locked position and an unlocked position, the latch (12) being in the locked position when the latch (12) extends into a lock hole of a vehicle, and the latch (12) being in the unlocked position when the latch (12) is retracted into a relief lock hole; and a driving assembly (20), comprising a driving end and an unlocking end, the driving end being drivingly connected to the latch (12), the unlocking end and the driving end being connected by means of a connection structure (22). The unlocking end can be pulled to make the driving end drive the latch (12) to move from the locked position to the unlocked position. The electronic lock (10) is disposed inside a housing (50) of a device to be installed, and the unlocking end is movably provided outside the housing (50). On the basis of the electronic lock device, the technical problem in the prior art that the latch (12) in the electronic lock device cannot return to the unlocked position when a battery of an electric vehicle is out of power or an electronic failure occurs can be solved.
