Abstract:
Provided is an electronic medical record generation method, comprising: receiving an electronic medical record generation instruction, the electronic medical record generation instruction carrying a user identity (S202); acquiring first medical record information and diagnosis information corresponding to the user identity from a hospital server (S204); obtaining a result corresponding to the first medical record information according to a knowledge map (S206); when the result is abnormal, performing a first mark processing on the first medical record information with abnormal result (S208); when the result is normal, acquiring the correlation corresponding to the first medical record information with normal result, the correlation being the correlation degree of the first medical record information with normal result and the diagnosis information (S210); when the correlation is larger than a first threshold value, performing the first mark processing on the first medical record information with the correlation larger than the first threshold value (S212); and generating an electronic medical record according to the first medical record information corresponding to the first mark processing (S214).
