Description:

This invention involves a miniature electronic device for use on carrier, equipped with a receiver (for geographic sensing -÷ memorizing - signaling - positioning), in order to ensure protection against attempted theft and/or vandalism, both in public and private space.

Many types of electronic receiving-signaling and alarming optical and/or audible transmission devices, systems and equipments are already known, as well as devices for the retransmission and transmission of information toward recording video systems with a hard drive (storage memory). The disadvantage of electronic devices, systems and equipments endowed with sensors, memory, transmission channels for alarm signals and/or storage, consists in constructive solutions, operational electronic components that ensure only the achievement of high overall devices linked to signal processing, treatment and analysis stations which ' are located in fixed positions, with no mobility and no possibility of locating the transmitter device on the mobile carrier to be protected against theft and vandalism.

According to this invention, the electronic theft vandalism protection device with instantaneous geographic signaling and positioning, supersedes this disadvantage by using, for the purpose of signaling both different biometric features from the ones originally memorized which belong to the real user, and the change of the geometric position, similar to a GPS tracking system, a miniature one-piece kit equipped with a signaling-memorizing-positioning system with wireless signaling-transmission and an alarm terminal (optical, audible, image).

Next, we give an example of this invention's achievement in connection with image 1 and image 2 representing the rough block layout of the miniature electrdnic device.

According to the invention, the electronic theft/vandalism protection device, with instantaneous signaling and positioning, in connection with image 1, is made of some capturing electronic components 1, some processing, treatment, memorizing, transmission components 2 for the biometric signal characteristic to user's human body, an amplifier and adjusting control 3, an alarm device 4, a type GSM phone communication device 5, a GPS type device for visualizing the geographic position 6. Signal transmission is accomplished as follows:

For a biometric signal (a) different from the memorized one, the transmitter 1 transmits through a channel (b) to an amplifier 3, and through a channel (c) to some optical or audible signaling devices 4 through a channel (d), and through a channel (e) to a mobile network system 5, through a visualizing channel (f) equipped with a monitor 6, as referred to in image 1.

- For a geometric position changing signal received by a channel (a'), relative to a GPS system, a transmitter 2' which transmits a signal thorugh a channel (b'), a capturing-analyzing device , an amplifier 3', a channel (c') and through some channels (d') or (e') to some phone alarming devices 4' (GSM) or visualizing on a monitor 5'.

According to the invention, the electronic theft vandalism protection devicei either stationary, located in a fixed position space, or in motion, placed in a continuously moving position for being located on carrier, an individual using it for protection, it presents the following advantages:

r It may capture and allow conversion of some biometric signals characteristic to the human body of a user who has this device;

- It allows capturing, in a GPS system, of a geometric position identification signal;

- It provides processing and transmission of certain signals toward some alarming systems with various types of signals;

- It enables to achieve an electronic device for capturing, processing and transmission of signals able to provide to the person holding it some alarming, monitoring and storage theft/vandalism protection systems.
