CLAIMS

1- The invention is an electronic warning system that provides first response with a pure oxygen-containing diving tube and sends a warning signal to tile owner of the vehicle for children or animals that are forgotten in passenger cars and school buses, and its characteristics are that it includes; diving tube that contains normal atmosphere air (1),

a diverter valve (2) with an alarm on the diving tube (1) that opens and doseĀ® the pure oxygen diving tube (1),

anti static hose (3) connected to the diverter valve (2) that transfers the normal atmosphere air inside tire pure oxygen diving tube (1) into the vehicle, an oxygen meter (4) that measures tire amount of oxygen inside the vehicle and a motion arid sound-sensitive camera system (4.1) on the oxygen meter (4) to detect motion or sound and acquire footage,

an alarm encryption device (6) that is connected to the oxygen meter (4) via a data transmission cable (5) and regulates the diverter valve (2) with alarm and tiie GPRS unit (7) in cases where in-vehicle oxygen level drops and motion or sound is detected via motion and sound-sensitive camera system (4.1), a GPRS unit (7) that calls the cell phone of the vehicle owner and sends the images acquired by the motion and sound-sensitive camera system (4.1) with location information to the owner of the vehicle or another person.

2- The invention stated in Claim 1 is an electronic warning system that provides first response with a pure oxygen-containing diving tube and sends a warning signal to the owner of tire vehicle for children or animals that are forgotten in passenger cars and school buses, and its characteristics are that indudes inventive steps of;

Calling the cell phone of the vehicle owner and sending the images acquired by the motion and sound-sensitive camera system (4.1) with location information to the vehicle owner or another person by means of the GPRS unit (7) controlled by alarm encryption device (6).

ELECTRONIC WARNING SYSTEM TO PROVIDE FIRST RESPONSE WITH A PURE OXYGEN-CONTAINING DIVING TUBE AND INFORM THE VEHICLE OWNER FOR CHILDREN OR ANIMALS FORGOTTEN IN PASSENGER CARS AND SCHOOL BUSES.

Technical Field

This invention is related to a system that prevents children (or animals like cate and dogs) that are forgotten or locked in passenger cars, schooi buses etc. for any reason from oxygen depletion and warns both the owner of the vehicle and another designated person about the child or animal locked inside the vehicle.

Prior Art

Today, children or animals like cats and dogs can be forgotten inside the passenger cars or service buses due to reasons such as carelessness or oversight of the drivers, and children (or animals like cate and dogs) forgotten in the vehicle face fatal risks due to asphyxiation or extreme temperatures. Children (or animate) locked inside the vehicle may be noticed timely by people around and saved by breaking the glass, however, children suffer from extreme fear and the vehicle gets damaged. If children (or animals) locked inside the Vehicle are not noticed In a timely manner, serious and irreparable consequences as death may occur. Currently, there is no system developed to prevent children or animate locked inside the vehicle from asphyxiation and warn the vehicle owner or another designated person at the same time.

Purpose of the Invention

The purpose of this invention is to prevent children (or animals like cats and dogs) forgotten or locked in inside the passenger cars, school buses etc, for any reason from asphyxiation and to have the locked in children or animate saved In a timely manner by warning the owner of the vehicle and/or another pre-designated person. The purpose of this invention is to protect children (or animals like cats and dogs) forgotten or locked in inside foe passenger cars, school btises etc. for any reason from the fatal risks such as extreme temperatures or asphyxiation.

The purpose of this invention is to save children forgotten or locked in inside passenger caps, school buses etc. for any reason in a short amount of time and thus to minimize foe fear and psychological trouble that foe children would experience.

Description of foe invention

The system subject to foe invention contains a diving tube (1) placed to foe luggage compartment of a passenger car or a service bus. The diving tube (1), described as scuba diving tube with pure oxygen, not only contains oxygen but also the atmosphere air. As the diving tube (1) is filled with normal atmosphere air, it does not have any fire or explosion hazard and therefore not pose any risk in terms of vehicle safety. There is a diverter valve (2) with alarm on the diving tube (1). The diving tube (1) is opened and closed via this diverter valve (2) with alarm. The system of the invention is also connected to the diverter valve (2) through an anti static hose (prevents electrostatic charge accumulation) (3) and the dean air is transferred to the desired part of the vehicle via this anti static hose (3). The system of the intention has an oxygen meter (4) placed to the front side {preferably close to the rear-view mirror). There is also a motion and sound-sensitive camera system (4.1) on tire oxygen meter (4). The oxygen meter (4) is connected to the alarm encryption device (6) of flie system via a data transmission cable (5). The alarm encryption device (6) control the diverter valve (2) and the diving tube (1) is opened and dosed as a result The system of the invention also includes a GPRS unit (7). GPRS unit (7), operating as controlled by the alarm encryption device (6), calls the ceil phone of the vehicle owner in case of an extraordinary situation and sends the images acquired from the motion and sound sensitive camera system (4,1) indudlng the location information to the owner of the vehicle and/or another designated person.

In case the oxygen meter (4) measures the oxygen level and detects that oxygen level is below the normal threshold and motion or sound is detected by the motion and sound sensitive camera system (4.1), the alarm encryption device (8) receives this information, controls the diverter valve (2) with alarm and the normal atmosphere air inside the diving tube (1) is transferred into the vehicle via anti static hose (3) as the diverter valve with alarm (2) opens the diving tube (1). This way, the oxygen level inside the vehicle is balanced to prevent locked in children (or animate like eats and dogs) from asphyxiation. At the same time, the cell phone of the vehicle owner is called via the GPRS unit (7) antenna controlled by the alarm encryption device (6) and images acquired by the motion and sound sensitive camera system (4.1) are sent to the vehicle owner and/or another designated person with the related location information. Since the related persons are rapidly informed about the children forgotten or locked intide the car, children (or animate like cats and dogs) locked in inside the vehicle can be saved in a short amount of time. The system that serves the abovementioned purposes can be manufactured and used in any branch of the industry and it is applicable for industrial operation.
