Abstract:
Provided is an electronically-controlled bidirectional-bending-type deformation-variable rigidity integrated actuator, belonging to the technical field of soft robots. The electronically-controlled bidirectional-bending-type deformation-variable rigidity integrated actuator comprises three kinds of functional layers, i.e. electrically-induced deformation layers, an electrically-induced variable rigidity layer and flexible electrodes. A first-layer flexible electrode (1), a first electrically-induced deformation layer (2), a second-layer flexible electrode (3), the electrically-induced variable rigidity layer (4), a third-layer flexible electrode (5), a second electrically-induced deformation layer (6) and a fourth-layer flexible electrode (7) are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the various layers are connected through bonding; the electrically-induced deformation layers are made of a dielectric elastomer; and the electrically-induced variable rigidity layer is made of an electrorheological material and comprises an electrorheological fluid, an electrorheological gel and an electrorheological elastomer. Compared with an existing pneumatic-type deformation-variable rigidity integrated actuator, the electronically-controlled bidirectional-bending-type deformation-variable rigidity integrated actuator has the advantages of being simple in terms of structure, being precisely regulated, quick in terms of response and convenient to control, and having a low environmental impact.
