Abstract:
An electrophotographic method consists in bringing a dielectric foil into contact with the surface of a charged and exposed electrophotographic layer and in subjecting the foil to the positive and negative ions of equal concentration produced by an ion source so that the ions are deposited on the foil and form a latent image. Then the electrophotographic layer is exposed to an actinic light source the latent image being preserved on the foil and/or the foil being separated from that electrophotographic layer. After that the latent image obtained on the foil is developed and fixed.
