Abstract:
A first detection signal generation unit 10 has detection nodes N1-1, N1-2 which are respectively connected to detection electrodes Ea-1, Ea2, supplies electric charges from the detection nodes N1-1, N1-2 to the detection electrodes Ea-1, Ea2 via second wires W2-1, W2-2 so that voltages at the detection nodes N1-1, N1-2 oscillate in accordance with an AC voltage Vas, and generates first detection signals D1-1, D1-2 in accordance with the supplied electric charges. First filters F1-1, F1-2 are provided to first paths P1-1, P1-2 that branch from an AC output node N3 to a plurality of first wires W1. A phase difference signal generation unit 40-1 generates a phase difference signal P1 in accordance with the phase difference between the first detection signal D1-1 and the AC voltage Vas.
