Abstract:
Provided is an electrostatic capacitance sensor with a simple configuration. This electrostatic capacitance sensor 10 comprises a support 11 and a circuit sheet 12. The circuit sheet 12 includes: a first surface 12d which is positioned on a side facing a support 11; a second surface 12e which is positioned on the opposite side from the first surface 12d; a first circuit part 13a which is provided on the first surface 12d and includes one or more first sensor electrodes 13a1; a second circuit part 13b which is provided on the second surface 12e and has a conductive connection part 13b3 which makes conductive contact with a part to be connected; and a through-hole conductive part 13c which is provided at a position of the circuit sheet 12 overlapping the support 11 and conductively connects the first circuit part 13a and the second circuit part 13b in the thickness direction of the circuit sheet 12.
