An electrostatic dust collector having an electromagnetic wave tube, comprising a carbon nanotube-based emitter, applied thereto according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise: a charge part for ionizing fine particles in contaminated air flowing in from the outside, by emitting electromagnetic waves; and a dust collecting part for collecting the ionized fine particles and discharging the purified air.
