Abstract:
Disclosed is an electrostatic dust removal device for high-temperature coal gas, comprising: a shell (1) provided with a gas inlet (104) and a gas outlet (105), dust hoppers (3) arranged at the lower part of the shell (1), electrode wires (101) and dust collecting electrode plates (102) arranged in the shell (1), insulators (2) for insulating the electrode wires (101) and the shell (1), a hot gas purging mechanism for purging the insulators (2), and a high-pressure power supply (4) connected to the electrode wires (101); and the insulator (2) is shaped like a hollow cylinder, the hollow structure of the insulator (2) faces the interior of the shell (1), a cylinder (201) used for penetrating through the electrode wire (101) is arranged on an inner side of the bottom of the insulator (2), and a ventilation structure is arranged on a side wall of the insulator (2). With the device, tar oil and dust particles adhered to the insulator (2) can be effectively reduced, thereby avoiding creepage of the insulator (2).
