Abstract:

An electrostatic spinning apparatus capable of in-batch preparation of nanofibers having a core-shell structure, comprising a liquid storage tank (1), a first gear (2) provided in the liquid storage tank, a second gear (6) in transmission connection with the first gear by means of a chain (5), a liquid supply driving mechanism for driving the second gear to rotate, a high-voltage power supply (3) connected to the second gear, and a receiving mechanism (7), an electrostatic field being formed between the second gear and the receiving mechanism. The second gear comprises perforated tip portions, and the tip portions mesh with the chain; the chain performs transmission and passes through the liquid storage tank so that a shell-layer spinning solution is stored in pitches of the chain; and when the pitches containing the shell-layer spinning solution move to the perforated tip portions and mesh with the perforated tip portions, a plurality of similar coaxial spinneret structures are formed, and the shell-layer spinning solution and a core-layer spinning solution are drawn into filaments under the effect of the electrostatic field so as to form fibers having a core-shell structure until the fibers are received by the receiving mechanism. The electrostatic spinning apparatus can improve the continuity and stability of spinning, and increase the spinning efficiency and yield.
