Abstract:
An electrostatic unit according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a dielectric elastomer tube having flexibility and elasticity; a flexible conductor filled in the dielectric elastomer tube; and a power supply connected to the flexible conductor. In particular, the electrostatic unit according to an embodiment of the present invention has flexibility and elasticity, and thus when used for a multifunctional electrostatic adhesion device, can improve adhesive strength and can implement a self-cleaning function.
