Provided are an electrosurgical generator, an electrosurgical system, and a control method therefor. The control method comprises: after determining that two electrodes of a cutter are effectively clamping tissue, sequentially executing a plurality of sub-processes, each of the sub-processes comprising a state determination stage and a tissue fusion stage, wherein: in the state determination stage of each of the sub-processes, determining, according to at least one impedance parameter of the tissue and at least one time parameter, at least one control parameter and at least one end parameter of a current sub-process; in the tissue fusion stage of each of the sub-processes, outputting, according to the at least one control parameter of the current sub-process, energy to the tissue, and determining, according to the at least one end parameter of the current sub-process, whether to end the current sub-process. Thus, the electrosurgical generator, the electrosurgical system, and the control method therefor can adaptively control the tissue closing process, dynamically and accurately control, according to the closing state of the tissue, the energy output to the tissue, and improve the success rate of tissue closing and the bursting pressure of the tissue.
