Abstract:
An electrowetting display panel (100) and an electrowetting display device (1000) for facilitating stable propagation of a light beam in a waveguide layer. The electrowetting display panel (100) comprises a waveguide layer (10), a first electrode layer (20), a light emission control layer (30), a second electrode layer (40) and a first substrate (50) which are arranged in sequence, wherein the material of the waveguide layer (10) comprises a selenium-containing heterocyclic polymer.
