Abstract:
The invention relates to an anchoring element (20), suitable for cooperating with a fastening element provided with a tie rod, for holding a photovoltaic panel against a rail, the rail forming a main groove whose internally curved edges form secondary grooves, the anchoring element (20) comprising: - a substantially flat main plate (21) and; - two lateral wings (22, 23) laterally continuing the main plate (21) via two lateral sides, the two wings extending in a divergent manner each towards their contact end (22A, 23A), each contact end being intended to be in abutment in one of the secondary grooves; - and at least one holding element directly joining the two lateral wings (22, 23) and configured to oppose a spreading force liable to be exerted on the two lateral wings (22, 23).
