Abstract:
This invention provides an elevator device capable of reducing costs and inhibiting degradation of layout characteristics in an elevating pathway. The elevator device according to this invention is provided with: a rail strap attachment bolt for linking and integrating car guide rails mutually adjacent in the vertical direction in cooperation with the strap arranged on a back surface of the car guide rail; and a proximity sensor arranged on a car that elevates and lowers within the elevating pathway, the proximity sensor facing the head part of the rail strap attachment bolt to sense the head part.
