Abstract:
Provided is an elevator information display system which wirelessly updates information displayed inside an elevator car. Said system comprises: a first means for transmitting/receiving which is provided inside an elevator shaft or at a landing area, and transmits information for updating; a second means for transmitting/receiving which is provided to the car, and receives the information for updating from the first means for transmitting/receiving; a receivability determining means which determines receivability on the basis of the communication quality of the information for updating received by the second means for transmitting/receiving, and which generates receivability information; a car driving means which, after the receivability information is generated, moves the position of the car a predetermined amount; a first storage means which updates the information by storing, on the basis of the receivability information, the information for updating; and a car information display means which displays the information inside the car on the basis of the information stored by the first storage means. The storing in the first storage means is set so as to take place after the car has been moved by the car driving means to a car position at which the receivability information is indicating receivability.
