Abstract:
In order to provide an elevator preventive maintenance system that is capable of, when an abnormality of an elevator is predicted to occur, assisting a person concerned, who does not require countermeasure information, to swiftly and easily ascertain information while assisting a person concerned, who requires countermeasure information, to swiftly and accurately take a measure against the abnormality, this elevator preventive maintenance system is provided with: a prediction unit which predicts an occurrence of an abnormality of an elevator on the basis of information for abnormality prediction; a storage unit which stores, in advance, information about persons concerned with an elevator; a communication unit which transmits abnormality occurrence prediction information to a person concerned when an occurrence of an abnormality is predicted; a countermeasure information acquisition unit which acquires countermeasure information corresponding to the details of an abnormality having been predicted to occur; and a determination unit which, before the information communication unit transmits abnormality occurrence prediction information to a person concerned, refers to information about the person concerned so as to determine whether or not the person concerned requires countermeasure information. The communication unit transmits countermeasure information together with abnormality occurrence prediction information to a person concerned when it is determined that the person concerned, to whom the abnormality occurrence prediction information is to be transmitted, requires the countermeasure information.
