Abstract:
A code seal (33) is attached into a cage (3a). A two-dimensional code including access
information to a monitoring center (6) is printed on the code seal (33). On emergency,
when the two-dimensional code is read by using the terminal device (4), a connection
is made to a monitoring device (5) in the monitoring center (6) and guidance information
for checking the state is transmitted from the monitoring device (5) to the terminal
device (4), so that the state can be explained in response to it. Thus, the monitoring
center (6) can rapidly and appropriately respond to the current state.
