Abstract:
Provided is an elevator repair support system whereby elevator operation can be continued when a malfunction has occurred that cannot be dealt with using only the functions of a control device. This elevator repair support system comprises: a control device (7) that operates an elevator (1); and a repair support device (10) electrically connected to the control device (7). The repair support device (10) has: a repair procedures database (14) having pre-stored therein repair procedures each associated with a malfunction signal for the elevator (1); and a procedure execution unit (15) that, if a malfunction signal is output from the control device (7), causes the control device (7) to execute a repair procedure stored in the repair procedures database (14) and associated with said malfunction signal.
