An elevator with a height calibration function, which comprises: a hoistway (1) with a plurality of entrances and exits; a lift car (2) ascending and descending along the hoistway (1); an ascending and descending electric motor and chain wheel set, which drive the lift car (2) to ascend and descend; and a balancing weight and a steel wire rope (3), wherein a motor (4) is installed on the bottom face of an inner side of the lift car (2), an output end of the motor (4) is connected to at least one cross-shaped steering gear (5), the cross-shaped steering gear (5) comprises two output shafts (52), and end portions of the output shafts (52) are connected to lifting assemblies (6); and the lift car (2) is provided with a supporting table (7) on the lifting assemblies (6), and the supporting table (7) is rotationally connected to a plurality of conveying rollers (8) and an electric motor for driving the conveying rollers (8). The elevator can finely adjust and calibrate the height of the lift car (2) when goods enter and exit, and ensures that an inner conveying face and an outer conveying face are flush.
