Abstract:
Provided are an embedded high-temperature-resistant transparent conductive thin film, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The defect in the prior art that nano silver thin film materials are difficult to withstand a high-temperature environment and preparation processes are relatively complex is aimed. An object of the present invention is to provide a conductive thin film material having a simple manufacturing process and good thermal stability. On the basis of this object, the present invention provides a flexible high-temperature-resistant conductive thin film based on an AgNW coffee ring and PI. The conductive thin film is obtained by spraying a nano-silver solution on the surface of a polymer thin film, spin-coating a layer of liquid flexible substrate after nano-silver is dried, heating to cure the liquid flexible substrate, cooling, and peeling off the conductive thin film from the polymer thin film. It is verified by the present invention that the conductive thin film has good temperature resistance, and at the same time has good electrical conductivity, can also withstand a variety of organic solvents, and can be applied to the preparation of electronic devices in certain extreme environments.
