Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are an emergency call processing method and an emergency call processing system. The emergency call processing method comprises: receiving emergency connection requests; according to connection modes of the emergency connection requests, storing the emergency connection requests in sub-queues of a unified queue, wherein the unified queue comprises at least two sub-queues, each sub-queue is used for storing emergency connection requests of at least one connection mode, and the connection modes of the emergency connection requests stored in the sub-queues are different from each other; and allocating the emergency connection requests in the unified queue to target call-receiving dispatch agents supporting corresponding connection modes.
