Abstract:
An emergency escape device according the present invention comprises: an exit cap which is installed in an evacuation part of a fire escape space at a corresponding layer in a building; a guide member which is vertically installed on the lower side of said exit cap; a dropping member which is placed on an upper side part of said guide member in order to correspond to said exit cap, and drops along said guide member when an evacuee boards thereon; a descending member which allows said dropping member to drop along the guide member at a constant speed; a returning member which returns, to the original position, the dropping member that has dropped along said guide member; and an emergency control member which is located on said dropping member, and provides friction between the dropping member and the guide member when a descending function of said descending member is released.
