Abstract:
An emergency notification warning system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: delineators which are provided at a fixed interval on a median strip or a guide rail of a road, form a zone by means of forming a group of the plurality of delineators each assigned with a unique ID, and have a reflective plate and an LED; a low-power Bluetooth module which is provided on the delineator, relay-transmits a beacon signal comprising an emergency notification signal between neighboring delineators and transmits by means of a push technology the emergency notification signal to a first smartphone carried by a person in a vehicle running through a site of an accident; an Internet of Things communication modules which are provided on the first delineator (upper end repeater) and the last delineator (lower end repeater) of the zone with respect to a driving direction, receive a control signal of a delineator of the same zone by means of Internet of Things communication with a central control server, and transmit the beacon signal; the lower end repeater for collecting emergency notification information and transmitting to the central control server by means of the Internet of Things communication modules if the emergency notification signal is relay-transmitted from the low-power Bluetooth module; and the central control server which processes the received emergency notification information, connects to a communication service provider server and transmits by means of a push technology to a second smartphone of a vehicle running on a lane behind the site of the accident.
