Description:
TITLE OF INVENTION 1. EMERGENCY SKY LANDING DEVICE (E. S. L. D.) The following specification particularly describes and ascertains the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

2. FIELD OF INVENTION -This device is an exclusive invention meant for immediate and safe landing on the ground of the residence of the muitistory building ranging from one story to the hundredth one under perilous condition.

3. BACK GROUND OF INVENTION WITH REGARD TO THE DRAWBACK OF ASSOCIATED WITH KNOWN ART - In the present situation for the residence of the skyscrapers there has not been any rescue instrument available in the entire world to save themselves immediately during fire, earthquake and terrorist attacks. Just for illustration, when there is fire in the fiftieth story of 100 storied buildings, electricity is discontinued in the first instant consequently the lift (the elevator) ceases to operate hence all possibilities to land -down from the above stories of fiftieth story are absolutely zero percent for come to an end. They suffer heavy consequences such as : 1. Rescue operations from helicopters are not immediately available it takes a considerable time to launch helicopters in addition to this seats are limited from five to ten. Moreover, there is every possibility of helicopters catching fire due to heavy fire -. and smoke go up.

2. The fire brigade does not possess such stairs as can reach 25-50-75 or 100 storages. As a result, there is the least possibility to save the victims.

3. Parachutes There is no possibility for Para suites to open from first tenth- twenty of fiftieth story parachutes are made of plastics therefore, they may catch fire and there is every possibility of parachutes being attached anywhere. Hence, parachutes are not reliable for rescue operations.

4. OBJECT OF INVENTION There is no need of electricity, petrol or diesel for Emergency sky landing device invented by me. This mechanical device is based on Neumetric-Air-speed control

theory. This device had been prepared out of anti-corrosion steel and is workable up to 2000C temperature. It processes presetting speed, for a person to come down one on the ground safely ten storages in 20 second 50 storages in 100 seconds and 100 storages in 200 seconds one can land from any direction. After a person getting down it can be often used. As it is rewind able, this device can get down, as may persons as need.

5. A SUMMARY OF INVENTION This device has its unique technique. There is hook on the topside. Under the perilous conditions, the hook of the topside is to be hanged or fixed in handle to gallery grill or window grill or rods or costar cupboards or doors. Two ring wheels on which steel wire rope joined at the bottom end of the device are to be hanged around shoulders and after tying the safety belt with chest one has to jump down. This person is moving towards the ground with one stored per two seconds. Then after reaching the ground the person will free his hands from the ring wheel and safety belt. The men waiting at the concerned stores will move the handle and the steel wire rope gets rewind. After getting the end, the same process is repeated and the persons come down. It can be repeated in the same way. The persons having this device can down from the same building at the same time. Thus hundreds of victims can be rescued within a few minutes.

6. A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DROWING The device of this intentional device as shown in drawing no. 1 and figure shown in it are as under:- (1) Device'shell'protects mechanism. (2) Steel-wire-rope rewinding handle (3) The hook keeps the device tight. This hook is to be fixed to grill door-rods-door- handle cot-cupboard (4) Twin rings to hang steel wire rope with safety belt on the shoulder (5) Double rings to wearing on hands and let them hang on shoulder (6) Safety belt to tie with the chest (7) Airtight cylinder for controlling speed (8) Piston for speed control (9) Piston hole for speed control (18) Steel bar joining Eccentric wheel and piston (10) Eccentric wheel (11) Ratio gear pair (12) Steel wire-rope-roller and ratio gear connect-disconnect arrange-ment (13) Rope winding roller (14) Gear for rope winding (15) Wire rewinding handle and rope winding roller connect and

disconnect arrangement (16) Roll winding gear (17) Steel wire and arrangement for wrapping in the line.

7. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION WITH REFERENCE OF DRAWING The invention is hereby described with the help of a drawing as under: The device is having a container as shown in fig (1) as it has an outer body, On the top of the said body a hollow hinge is provided to hook the device at the appropriate place from where the person using the device is rested after using the said hook which is shown as item no. (3) at the appropriate place namely window or the pillar or any other such place. The user will be required to put a belt which is - shown as item no. (6) and the double ring which is shown as item no. (5) where the user is required to put its hand so that whole body of the user will be fixed and the wire is attached to the said fixed device item no. (4) as shown in the drawing is released as required and hence, the user will be in a position to come down to the required place and safely reach to the appropriate destination. The said wire no. (4) is -wounded in a rope winding roller or wire winding roller shown as item no. (13) The said winding roller is attached with a gear which is shown as item no. (11) in the drawing and the said gear gives motion to the Eccentric wheel which is attached with the said gear and the said Eccentric wheel which is shown as item no. (10) is connected with item no. (18) which is a steel bar which gives motion to the piston no.

- (9) which is placed in the air tight cylinder item no. (7) and in the said air tight cylinder in side no. (8) which is a piston to control the speed. having a hole item no (9) so that the user using the device a rope or wire wounded in the winding roller comes out slowly because the air tight cylinder in which the piston comes up air going down from the piston hole. Air will go up or down only through the hole item no (9) -thereby, only limited air can pass either from the upper side or from the upper bottom as per the situation of the piston. When the piston is going down the air will go up from whole item no. (9) and the pressure on the air will be maintained because of no passage to pass, but can only pass from the hollow provided in this piston and the air will go up and thereby, will control the motion of the piston which will control the movement of the rope winding roller of the piston which will control the movement of

the rope winding roller the gear wheel and at the time when the piston is going up, air from the upper side will only pass through the hole no. (9) in the piston, which may also control the movement of the gear and thereby, the movement of the winding rope. This way the user can safely be in a position to reach to his destination at the - bottom part of the floor very easily and smoothly without any injury and thereby, the hook safely protects him from the accident occurring to the high rise building or multi story building. The said rope or wire can be, winded on winding roller through handle item no 2 the said handle, if moved, it will rotate the rope winding roller and hence, - the said device can be reused for second person
