Abstract:
Disclosed is an emission-reduction-accompanied sintering method using an energy-carrying composite gas medium, the method involving dividing a sintering material surface, sequentially from the head to the tail of a sintering machine, into an ignition section, a temperature-maintaining section, a middle section, a flue gas heating section and a tail section; and according to the composition and temperature characteristics of flue gas and heat requirements for the different sections, introducing a hot waste gas into the ignition section for ignition, introducing the hot waste gas into the temperature-maintaining section and synchronously spraying a hydrogen-rich gas in a gradient manner, coupling same with gradient spraying of water vapor in the middle section on the basis of the spraying of the hydrogen-rich gas, and circulating the high-temperature flue gas from the tail section and the flue gas from the ignition section and/or the temperature-maintaining section to the heating section. After the emission-reduction-accompanied sintering method using the energy-carrying composite gas is used, the consumption of a solid fossil fuel during sintering can be reduced to a greater extent and the inhibition of the generation of pollutants/decomposition into pollutants can be synchronously achieved. With respect to conventional air-based sintering, an emission reduction of 15-25% of CO2, 40-50% of CO, 20-40% of NOX, 5-20% of SOX, and 50-80% of dioxin can be achieved.
