Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a 5G communication system or a 6G communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4G communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). a method performed by a device in a wireless communication system, may include receiving configuration information including a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and a code rate, and mapping, based on the SNR and the code rate, data bits to in-phase and quadrature values determined using a neural network. The neural network may be trained based on at least one of a quadrant symmetry lagrangian (QSL), a quadrant symmetry constraint (QSC), or a rectangular structure constraint (RSC).
