Abstract:
Provided is an emulsified fuel of a residual oil-free oil, A heavy oil, or mixture thereof and water in a stabilized emulsified state without using a large amount of emulsifier. Emulsified fuel containing the residual oil-free oil, A heavy oil, or mixture thereof and water further contains C heavy oil in an amount that is 0.001 to 3 wt% of the total content of the residual oil-free oil, A heavy oil, and water. Emulsification of the residual oil-free oil, A heavy oil, water, and C heavy oil is preferably performed using a high-pressure agitator which has a pressurization means for pressurizing a liquid and a flow path for circulating the liquid pressurized by the pressurization means, and which agitates the liquid by circulation through the flow path.
