Abstract:
The present invention relates to an enameled copper wire stripping device which allows an enameled copper wire (1) to pass therethrough and strips a predetermined section of the wire along a circumferential direction by using a laser unit (30) and, more specifically, to an enameled copper wire stripping device comprising: a copper wire position adjusting means (400) which includes an irradiation distance adjusting means (200) and an irradiation direction adjusting means (100) capable of precisely changing, in a radial direction and a circumferential direction, a position of the laser unit (30) disposed along the circumferential direction of the enameled copper wire (1), and which can precisely change a penetration position of the enameled copper wire (1); a stripping section adjusting means (300) which can change a section to be stripped among the enameled copper wire (1) which is passing therethrough; and a dust collection module (20) and an air nozzle (50) for preventing an adverse influence of dust generated during a stripping process. Therefore, even when only three laser units (30) are mounted, the enameled copper wire stripping device can be operated to supply an enameled copper wire (1) which satisfies stripping quality and required standards.
