The present application provides an encoding and decoding method and apparatus, an encoding-end device, and an decoding-end device. said method comprising: if a target motion information prediction mode of a current block is a selected motion information angle prediction mode, then, according to the motion information angle prediction mode, determining motion information of the current block; according to the motion information of the current block, determining a predicted value of the current block.
