Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application belong to the technical fields of encoding and decoding. Disclosed are an encoding method and apparatus, a decoding method and apparatus, and a device, a storage medium and a computer program. In the embodiments of the present application, shaping processing is performed on a first whitening spectrum of media data, so as to obtain a second whitening spectrum, and encoding is then performed on the basis of the second whitening spectrum, wherein a frequency spectrum amplitude value of the second whitening spectrum in a target frequency band is greater than or equal to a frequency spectrum amplitude value of the first whitening spectrum in the target frequency band. Therefore, in the solution, by increasing a frequency spectrum amplitude value of a first whitening spectrum in a target frequency band, the difference between the statistical average energy of spectral lines at different frequencies in an obtained second whitening spectrum is relatively small, such that more spectral lines in the second whitening spectrum can be retained during the process of processing the second whitening spectrum by means of an encoding neural network model, that is, more spectral lines can be encoded by means of the solution, thereby retaining more frequency spectrum features, and improving the quality of encoding.
