Abstract:
The present invention is applied to the technical field of battery production, and in particular relates to an end cover mounting apparatus and mounting method for a battery, and a battery production line. The end cover mounting apparatus for a battery comprises: a manipulator; and an adhesive tape pasting mechanism, arranged on a transfer path of an end cover, the adhesive tape pasting mechanism being used for connecting, by pasting an adhesive tape, the end cover and a battery which are assembled together. The battery production line comprises a manipulator and said end cover mounting apparatus for a battery. The end cover mounting method for a battery comprises the following steps: a first clamping component clamping an end cover, and transferring the end cover to an assembling mechanism by means of a first transfer device; rotating an assembling opening of the end cover to make the assembling opening be aligned with a tab; a second clamping component clamping the end cover, and transferring, by means of a second transfer device, the end cover to an assembling opening of a battery for assembling; and an adhesive tape pasting mechanism fixing the end cover to the battery by means of an adhesive tape. An end cover for accommodating a bent tab can be quickly mounted at the position of the tab of a battery, thereby effectively preventing a short-circuiting situation resulting from that the tab is in contact with a shell, and effectively preventing the battery from being damaged.
