Abstract:
An endoscope device (10) comprises: an image-capturing unit (6) for filming the interior of a body and acquiring a time-series image signal; a body information acquiring unit (32) for acquiring information pertaining to the cardiac dynamics of the body; a synchronizing signal generating unit (33) for generating a synchronizing signal on the basis of the cardiac dynamics information; a brightness adjustment signal generating unit (34) for generating a brightness adjustment signal that is modulated in sync with the synchronizing signal; and a brightness adjusting unit (22) for adjusting the brightness of the image signal on the basis of the brightness adjustment signal.
