Abstract:
In this endoscope inspection assistance device, a three-dimensional model generating means generates a three-dimensional model of an endoluminal organ in which an endoscope camera is disposed, on the basis of an endoscope image obtained by imaging the inside of the endoluminal organ with the endoscope camera. On the basis of the three-dimensional image, an unobserved region detecting means detects, as an unobserved region, a region which is estimated to have not been observed with the endoscope camera. On the basis of the detection result of the unobserved region, a display image generating means generates a display image that includes information indicating an observation attainment degree for each of a plurality of locations of the endoluminal organ.
