Abstract:
Provided is an endoscope in which an ultrathin endoscope can be inexpensively guided by using an overtube. An endoscope system (1) comprises an endoscope (40) and an overtube (30). The overtube (30) comprises an endoscope channel (31) through which the endoscope (40) is passed, and is capable of bending in response to manipulation. The endoscope (40) comprises a photoirradiation means (42) and an image capture means (41).
