Abstract:
Provided is an endoscopic surgery apparatus comprising: an insertion tube, provided with a passageway therein, for inserting into the urethra of a patient; a laser unit provided so as to allow moving back and forth in the passageway, and separating prostatic adenoma from prostatic capsular surface; hemostasis unit, distanced from the laser unit and installed so as allow moving back and forth in the passageway, for controlling hemorrhage from the bleeding blood vessels on the prostatic capsular surface of the patient; a camera unit, located in the passageway, for imaging the interior of the patient's urethra; and a transport unit for selectively moving the laser unit and hemostasis unit.
