Abstract:
Provided is an endoscopic surgical instrument, comprising: an operation wire (2), an outer tube (3), a rotating mechanism (4), and an actuation member (5). The outer tube (3) further comprises a proximal tube (31) and a distal tube (32), and the rotating mechanism (4) is arranged between the proximal tube (31) and the distal tube (32). The operation wire (2) is connected in a sliding manner inside the rotating mechanism (4), such that the operation wire (2) rotates along with the rotating mechanism (4) and can move in the rotating mechanism (4). In practical application, a nurse can rotate a handle (1) to adjust the angle of the actuation member (5); or, an operator can rotate the proximal tube (31) or the rotating mechanism (4) to drive the operation wire (2) to rotate so as to adjust the angle of the actuation member (5), thereby reducing operation difficulty and facilitate accurate rotating operations.
