Abstract:
With a view to providing an endoscopic treatment implement that employs a downsized slider comprising a reduced number of components, a base (30) has a guide groove (31) extending in an axial direction and walls (32, 33) on both lateral sides of the guide groove (31), and has multiple positioning engagement parts (34, 35, 36) that are capable of making recess-protrusion engagement with a slider (20) at multiple locations in the axial direction. The slider (20) comprises: a wire fixation part (25) that is disposed inward of a cylindrical body (23) having a prescribed length and enclosing the base (30), that is slidably guided within the guide groove (31), and that has fixed thereto a proximal end of a driving wire (13); and a protrusion (27) which, when reaching one of the multiple locations in the axial direction in the base (30), makes recess-protrusion engagement with one of the multiple positioning engagement parts (34, 35, 36). The base (30) has, provided thereto in an integrated manner, a spring part (37) that has a cantilevered structure and that causes the multiple positioning engagement parts (34, 35, 36) of the base (30) to elastically make recess-protrusion engagement with respect to the protrusion (27) on the slider (20).
