Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide an endoscopic ultrasound needle instrument and an operating method therefor. The endoscopic ultrasound needle instrument comprises a first needle for which a first channel is defined; a second needle located in the first channel and applicable for moving or reciprocating in the first channel in response to a manipulation on a component adjacent to or located on a handle of the instrument; and a first cutting edge on the first needle and defining an aperture or an opening in open communication with the first channel, wherein in the process that the second needle moves or reciprocates relative to the first needle in the first channel in the extension direction of the first channel, the first cutting edge cooperates with at least a part of the second needle to cut or remove tissue. The efficiency of tissue sampling is high.
