Abstract:
An energy-efficient automatic copper dissolving technique comprises a peripheral member (1). The peripheral member (1) comprises a vessel (101) as a main body. A base (102) is fixedly installed around a base portion of the vessel (101). A support (103) is fixedly installed at a base portion of the base (102). An upper mixing device (2) covers and is connected to a top portion of the vessel (101). A top lid (201) is installed at a top portion of the upper mixing device (2). A sealing liner (202) is fixedly installed below the top lid (201). A mixing motor (203) is fixedly installed at a middle portion of the sealing liner (202). An vertical column (204) is fixedly installed at a middle portion of the mixing motor (203). A mixing roller (205) is fixedly installed at a periphery of the vertical column (204). A measuring probe (3) is placed at an upper half portion of an interior of the vessel (101). A power cable (4) is fixedly installed at a terminal end of the measuring probe (3). One terminal end of the power cable (4) is connected in parallel to a suspended air blower (5), and the other terminal end of the power cable (4) is fixedly connected to a DCS detection device (6). A screen plate (7) is fixedly installed at a middle portion within the vessel (101). An air pipe (8) is fixedly installed at a left side of the vessel (101). A liquid pipe (9) is fixedly installed at a right side of the vessel (101). An air pipe mixer (10) is fixedly installed at a terminal end of the air pipe (8). A liquid pipe mixer (11) is fixedly installed at a right end of the liquid pipe (9). The air pipe mixer (10) and the liquid pipe mixer (11) are fixedly installed at a bottom end of the interior of the vessel (101).
