Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technology providing a system for energy harvesting and sensor power supply by utilizing the displacement occurring in the suspension of a commercial vehicle during driving, heat from an exhaust outlet, and rotational energy of the wheels. The energy harvesting system for commercial vehicles, according to an embodiment, comprises a harvester unit which is mounted on a commercial vehicle and harvests electrical energy on the basis of a plurality of energies generated during operation of the commercial vehicle, an integrated power management unit which collects and manages the harvested electrical energy, and a sensor unit which operates using the collected electrical energy.
