Abstract:
In the energy processing system and method for controlling the same according to the present invention, a treatment is performed by an energy supply in which ultrasonic energy and high-frequency energy are combined, and when a precursor to spark generation is sensed, the precursor is determined to be precursory to generation of a spark, and the output of at least the high-frequency energy is reduced for the duration of an output reduction control period based on a mist amount that varies according to a pre-stored shape of a probe before the probe separates from a contact state.
