Abstract:
Disclosed is an energy-saving axial-flow microbubble flotation cell for mineral flotation, composed of a cell body (1), a power apparatus (2), a drive shaft (3), an axial-flow pump (4), a gas inlet pipe (9), a gas inlet branch pipe (10), a froth outlet (13), and a plurality of mineralization device units (11). The mineralization device units (11) are composed of a material feed pipe (6), a mineralization device (7), a mineralization pipe (8), and a release head (12). The material feed pipe (6) of each mineralization device unit (11) is connected to a material outlet of the axial-flow pump (4), the gas inlet pipe (9) is connected to the gas inlet branch pipe (10), the gas inlet branch pipe (10) is connected to the mineralization device (7) in the mineralization device unit (11), and the material feed pipe (6), the mineralization device (7), the mineralization pipe (8), and the release head (12) in the mineralization device unit (11) are connected in series. Compared with conventional flotation cells, the present flotation cell can save on electricity consumption by over 80% and the flotation efficiency is improved by more than 50%.
