Abstract:
An energy-saving control method for adjusting the oxygen concentration in an oxygen cabin. The control method is implemented on the basis of an oxygen generation device, a recovery device, an air compressor, an oxygen cabin, and a control system. The recovery device comprises a nitrogen-rich gas recovery tank; the oxygen generation device is connected to the recovery device; the oxygen generation device is connected to the oxygen cabin by means of an oxygen storage tank; the recovery device is connected to the air compressor; the air compressor is connected to the oxygen cabin by means of a nitrogen-rich gas storage tank; a flow meter and a valve are arranged between the oxygen generation device and the nitrogen-rich gas recovery tank; an oxygen concentration sensor is arranged in the oxygen cabin for detecting the oxygen concentration in the oxygen cabin in real time; the flow meter, the valve and the control system are electrically connected; a usage amount A per minute of air with an oxygen concentration of 21% during diluting the oxygen concentration in the oxygen cabin by using said air is 4 times the usage amount B per minute of nitrogen-rich gas with an oxygen concentration of 15% during diluting the oxygen concentration in the oxygen cabin by using said nitrogen-rich gas, so that the power of the air compressor is correspondingly reduced, the noise is reduced, energy saving and consumption reduction are achieved, and a user can be in a proper environment in the oxygen cabin.
